The Zip-Entertainment Service ("Service"), owned and operated by C² Apparel Design, is provided to you under the terms and conditions of this Zip-E.TK Terms of Service and any operating rules or policies that may be published by Zip-E.TK. The Terms of Service comprises the entire agreement between User and Zip-E.TK and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein.

As a condition of your use of this web site, you warrant to Zip-E.TK that you will not use this web site, or any of the content obtained from this web site, for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. If you violate any of these Terms of Use, your permission to use the web site automatically terminates.

Ceasing use of the Zip-E.TK Service is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with Zip-E.TK.

USER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT USER'S SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. Zip-E.TK assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, misdelivery or failure to store any User's personalization settings.

2. USER ERROR
YOU UNDERSTAND AND EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF Zip-E.TK'S SERVICES ARE AT YOUR SOLE RISK, THAT ANY MATERIAL AND/OR DATA DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF Zip-E.TK'S SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF SUCH MATERIAL AND/OR DATA.

3. TERMINATION 
Zip-E.TK reserves the right to terminate the Service with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. Zip-E.TK shall not be liable to User or any third party for termination of Service.

Should User object to any terms and conditions of the STS or any subsequent modifications there to or become dissatisfied with the Service in any way, User's only recourse is to immediately: (1) discontinue use of the Service; (2) terminate Service Usership.

Upon termination of the Service, User's right to use the Service immediately ceases. User shall have no right and Zip-E.TK will have no obligation thereafter.
